Decent base for celebrating birthday with good employees depending on the staff member there. Professionalism of the staff. Adequate room, exceptionally comfortable bed. Outstanding American breakfast - well presented scrambled eggs, hot waffles, pancakes, bangers, and bacon. Marvellous and lovely location with parking close to the hotel. Quick check-in, efficient check-out. Had wifi in the rooms.

A GREAT stay in Brussels. We had double beds and we all slept well. Access to botanical garden brussels. Pool is very relaxing.
Liked everything.

The hotel was quite comfortable for me.
The health club [sauna] is rather small, lacks the second steam type and in a narrow space. Although the pool is nice and would be much better that it is closely connected to the sauna.

During my recent stay at the Cardo Brussels Hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and well-serviced rooms. They were clean, particularly quiet, and featured comfortable beds that ensure a restful night. The hotel's location, just a short stroll from the North Station, made it an ideal base for exploring Brussels.
A minor downside was the room's view; mine overlooked an air-conditioning unit that droned on at an alarming volume all night long, detracting slightly from an otherwise perfect experience.

Location and atmosphere. Good breakfast as well.
Was offered rooms of below standard first which was a bit bad. On request they moved us into better rooms but I was not expecting old and tired rooms with tired furniture to be offered.

The location is ideal for exploring, with key sights easily within a 20-minute walk. The modern, stylish rooms offer comfort, and the amazing view from the higher floors adds a special touch. The bathtub was clogged was great, and breakfast was not included in my stay. Observing local delicacies in the area enriched the experience.

The room felt spacious and beautifully designed. The huge shower. It was conveniently located near shops and the metro, so exploring was easy. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast options were limited, lacking variety. I expected more from the dining experience. Noise from the hallway at night was a bit bothersome, impacting my sleep. The gym on the 25th floor is fine, with amazing views. I'd recommend it for the nice amenities, but they need to address the breakfast selection and soundproofing issues.

The staff were nice. The location of the hotel near the shopping and business district, and its very close to a metro station. The room furniture and amenities are old fashion but it was spacious. The breakfast buffet was good with adequate choices.
The bathroom is old, however, well maintained. They said internet was free but it was only for half an hour daily and at low internet speed, just good to check emails and browse webpages, down in the lobby its free but no privacy. The TV was old tube model not flat LCD as in other more modern hotels. The rate of the room was high during the days of an international conference in Brussels.
